Meet Amanda
Blending somatic wisdom, reproductive care, and social justice to welcome you home to yourself
With over 20 years of experience as a midwife and Bodynamic practitioner, I’ve come to understand the body not only as a source of wisdom—but as a place of return. A place where we can come home to ourselves.
My approach blends child-developmental somatic theory with holistic reproductive care and health coaching. I support women and gender-diverse folks navigating trauma from pregnancy, birth, postpartum—and anyone carrying unresolved childhood body trauma.
I also bring a decade of activism into my practice, having co-founded the Birth Justice Fund and the Thriving Women’s Initiative. I’m a co-founder of Sins Invalid, a performance project that centers disability justice and sexuality.
This work lives at the intersection of personal and collective healing—and it is my privilege to support others in finding their way back to wholeness.
Support That Sparks Clarity, Passion, and Lasting Change
“Being coached by Amanda has been a life-changing experience! She is always engaged, focused, and supportive! I can always tell that she is listening to me and truly wants to help me uncover more. Every time I attend one of our sessions, I always leave with more CLARITY and PASSION around my goals.”
